Do you realize how dumb this sounds when looking at how bad some of the coaches in the SEC have been (currently are)?

That statement makes it seem like all SEC schools have amazing coaches when it's just a handful.

Those guys get fired too. 14 SEC coaches have been fired in 5 years.

Who can you definitively say is "bad" in the league right now? Brian Harsin at Auburn and then who else?

Napier and Beamer, way to early to tell. Drink at Mizzou I certainly wouldn't say is "bad." Leach has maximized every program he ever been at. Clark Lea at Vandy seems to be getting that program at least in the right direction. Kiffin looks to have gotten it together and has Ole Miss going pretty well. Jimbo has a natty, Brian Kelly has been a career winner. Do we need to discuss Kirby or Saban?

Edit: I left out Mark Stoops who's been very, very good for Kentucky

When a demographic continues to exemplify a stereotype through their actions(unprecedented violence, continuously admitting inferiority through their own actions of wanting everything given to them instead of earning it, etc) is it the fault of those that believe the stereotype or those that continue to give it credence through their own actions?
Having said that it doesn't make the stereotypes any more truthful but stereotypes are there because of precedent. I'll put it into terms you understand. You feel every white person that voted for Trump is one of those "MAGA thugs" or racist when it couldn't be further from the truth. Yet the stereotype is there because of a few precedents(much fewer than the media would have you believe). There are so few that fit the stereotype that the media makes them up to push the narrative.
Blacks set the precedent for the inferiority stereotype and continue to through their current actions. It won't and can't be changed until they change it. Good luck. Can't erase history because the truth doesn't fit your narrative.(though attempts are constantly being made) Throughout history blacks have always been considered inferior. They've made great strides in that area yet continue with an inferiority complex. When are we expecting that to change? How much more time do they need? It's been 60 years since the civil rights movement and still the stereotype remains. Again, is that our fault or their own? True equality isnt begged for it is understood and earned through work not handouts. When the bar of acceptance is continuously lowered to fit a certain group in that is not equality. In fact it is the opposite of it

One black head coach would be 7 percent. But some people act like if one is coach is hired the wokes win and the world is ending.

Who has currently been bad that has not been recently hired?
1. Saban - Not going till he’s ready.
2. Smart - Possibly the 2nd best coach in the SEC.
3. Jimbo - Buyout to high to just simply fire right now.
4. Stoops - 2nd best coach in Kentucky history.
5. Hueple - offensive Guru that had top 10 offense in the country. Won 7 games in his 1st year which is as many games Saban won his 1st year at bama.
6. Kiffin - considered the best play caller in the SEC, and took Ole Miss to top 10 ranking last year.
7. Beamer - 2nd year coach, still to early to tell if he gonna have success.
8. Lee - James Franklin is only coach that can win at Vandy.
9. Drink - 2nd year. But most likely will be the next coach fired in the SEC.
10. Leach - HC with winning record. And has best Pres conference in league.
11. Napier - one of the top Group 5 coaches last year. Gonna take a few years to turn program around.
12. Kelly - Has losing record against SEC while at Notre Damn. But Still has a winning record as HC and considered a really good coach still. Only time till tell if he’s able to win in the SEC.
13. Pittman - Took over an Arkansas team that won 1 conference game in the 3 years prior to his arrival. What he has done at Arkansas is remarkable in such quick time.
14. Harsin - Should have beat Bama in his 1st year in Iron Bowl. He and Missouri coach are competing who will be fired next. No coach wants to go to Auburn with the way they have treated him and ran the AD out of town.

The last 3 head coach’s in the SEC that was black, only 1 of them is still currently a head coach (James Franklin).

Kevin Sumlin - 25-23 SEC Record
Derek Mason - 10-46 SEC Record
James Franklin - 11-13 SEC Record

Being Black should not be a qualification to being a coach. Theirs nothing racist about a black coach that isn’t a good coach. Now there are some good black coaches in College and Pros. But just because your black shouldn’t get you a job solely based on race. If James Franklin would have stayed he would still be the coach at Vandy or some other SEC school. If Sumlin would have won more he would still be at aTm.
