It's like the old civil war, South may have had more quality brass and tactics, but when it came to spending and acquiring capital to drive their efforts, they fell flat.

B1G is going to cause the SEC to make some bad decisions financially in the coming years, and that will doom them.

As much as we don't want to admit it, the B10 at its worst has been making more money than the SEC at its best. We have done everything we can to fully supplant the B10, including adding the highly lucrative Texas market, and yet we keep having to play catch-up financially.

I'm not predicting doom. The SEC will be just fine. But its a little alarming that the B10 has nowhere to go but up in on field product and still make more money than us.
