2019 Bama was the worst Bama team since 2010. The only team to lose 2 regular season games.

Pretty crazy how similar Georgia and Bama since 2017

Maybe they said that, you know, during the 2019 season. Not sure how you can claim 2019 was better when the QB didn't play the entire year. I thought they were the best I'd ever seen until watching Mac and company play the following season.
The way the 2020 O operated was incredibly smooth and was helped by having Mac, D. Smith and Najee coming back as seniors, plus Waddle and Metchie. They also had a Joe Moore award-winning OLine featuring Dickerson, Leatherwood, Ekiyor and Neal, all of whom were first and second round picks with Ekiyor projected as another first-rounder after the 2022 season. Sarkisian seemed to be at his peak as an OC during this year as well.
Again, I've only seen LSU fans say that 2019 'Bama was a better team than the 2020 version. I wonder why.

Seems a lot of Tiger fans say this but seriously how was the 2019 Bama team better than the 2020 team? Not saying 2020 Bama was better than 2019 LSU (I don't think they were) but I would like this one explained.

IMO, ya'll's 2020 team had a much better offense. Mac was much better than Tua (sorry Tua lovers) and had much improved weapons around him. The 2020 Bama defense was much better than it was in 2019. I'm just not buying that 2019 Bama was better than the 2020 edition.

Dude, 2019 LSU beats that team. Y’all don’t get to call a Covid year where you faced the vaunted Missouri and Vandy, plus an imploded and depleted LSU, the “best team ever”

While you're at this. Do the last 10 years. I know how LSU fans use arbitrary years. The last 8 years, the last 6 months, the 12 years...and everyones LSU favorite...Since 2000.
Someone was trying to make a case for LSU being Bama's number one rival and why the game should be kept and used the numbers from 2000 to 2007 while Bama was on sanctions.
