Doesn't matter they've made up 54% of all titles.

OP is actually right. Football since 2000 is a very small timeframe. Tennessee would be closest to a blueblood. LSU and Florida are "microwave" national powers. Miami won the tile in 83, 89, 91. 3 in 8 years but were never a "blueblood". Bluebloods have won titles spanning more than 2 decades and go back 75-100 years. They have gone back to back, They are all also at the top of the all time wins list.
