But really now, what is "nice" about the equivalent to Georgia State? What is "nice" about a campus in the middle of a downtown concrete jungle?

Have you ever been on their campus?
UC has one of the Top 5 DAA (Design, Art, Architecture) programs in the USA and this is reflected in their campus buildings. Totally the opposite of the post war Soviet style you see at TAMU.
