Sooner fans are born Sooner fans and raised Sooner fans long before they decide when or where they go to college. This is irrelevant and not a thing.
However, Dallas has one of our largest out of state alumni bases (maybe THE largest) and has for decades, so this doesn't seem legit either.

When I think of where Sooner fans are concentrated, I don't think of "eastern Oklahoma".
