I like the balcony idea given the recent attendance issues. I’m excited we’ve got a 6:30 opener instead of 11:00. Don’t like the fact we play Arizona at 10:30 PM week 2 then go to LSU and don’t have another home game until 9/24. But I do like having UGA at home in November for the Veterans Day recognition game.

The NIL and other crap is sucking the life out of college football for me more and more each year. I like tailgating and taking the kids. All that to say I’m about a 6/10.

I feel the same. All the conference realignments, NIL, etc. has tarnished the appeal of college football with me. Will I watch? Most likely but being enthusiastic about it, not so much especially if State ends up being in the West playing Texas, OU, A&M, Mizzou, even arkansas to an extent more regularly than traditional SEC teams like Auburn, Bama, etc. that would just totally suck.

Pigs get fed and hogs get slaughtered. I could be totally wrong but chasing that mighty dollar could end up killing the appeal of the sport for many. Or maybe the new new will end up being better. Who knows really.

In addition to the balconies I’d like to see them go ahead and close the south end zone with the hotel concept. Not really add seating but a rooftop bar with field view would be nice. Of course there would be some issues with the bar and rooms overlooking the field during closed practices.
