Will someone that knows the rule please explain why the runner was called for interference. Does the runner have to stay in the outside running lane and not be inside the foul line?

As long as a part of his Body is in line with that line, the call of interference is rarely ever made. For that play, he was completely inside the white line right at the point the interference was made.

All runners sprinting to first use the same line. Watch. Why that time is it interference. Now I am for ok. Do not like game being turned on nonsense
