I hardly expected LSU to make a regional run

Let alone go toe to toe with one of the top pitching teams in all of the NCAA. Lots of spots to improve and we have a team capable of making an Omaha run next year even if half our recruiting class drops. The pieces are there.

I agree Southern Miss is a good team with strong pitching. No shame in losing to them.
