I am not so sure about this either. Most of the football players that I have met at A&M over the years have been pretty intelligent people.
I believe ND is a great school with a lot of tradition and a great history. Academically, I think they are pretty average.

One's view of another's intelligence is highly subjective.
For instance, you say they're highly intelligent, however, you also think that LSU's minimum academic requirements are higher than Notre Dame's.
