Henry's QB's were AJ, Blake Simms, and Coker. I've never heard them called prolific. And absolutely no one we played didn't make stopping Henry their number one goal.

You need to look up Buck Belue. Every one of Alabama's QBs during Henry's times were head and shoulders above Belue. In the National Championship game against ND we threw the ball 13 times for 7 yards. Think about that. 7 passing yards and won the game. Do you think ND had laser focused on Herschel Walker?

Georgia didn't playing a national championship game, they didn't exist back then. You played #7 Notre Dame in a bowl game, and it was only the 3rd ranked team you played that entire year.

That year you played:

#7 Notre Dame
#14 South Carolina
#20 Florida

And that is of the time rankings. If you do final rankings, I think Notre Dame was the only team that finished ranked on your schedule.

So Walker set his record without playing a single ranked team.
