No scholarship athlete should be able to even entertain an NIL deal offer until AFTER they are enrolled in classes at their university.

Why can't I get a job before going to college? I know you'd like it to be true but logically who else would we put this restriction on? Next you're going to tell me I can't make you work for me if I'm paying you.
NIL at it's heart is literally a paid endorsement job. A 1099 gig.
