This one is strange. You'd think there would be an attorney showing in his place. There's no reason for Chris to skip a misdemeanor court hearing date.
Hope this is a misunderstanding, but We have depth at the position, especially with Smoke.

That's what I thought as well. Which makes me think someone had a miscommunication on a hearing date for even the lawyer to not be there either.
