We've busted the Longhorns' balls about crying, "If Colt hadn't gotten hurt!" since 2009. I don't want to hear excuses about what we woulda/coulda if JW stays healthy. UGa won. No excuses.
Maybe if our former freshman WR had spent more time with the Jugs machine and less time on Twitter things would be different.

People bring up the Colt McCoy thing like it’s some gotcha but the situations aren’t remotely the same. Alabama and Georgia had played each other earlier in the year. Georgia’s vaunted DL couldn’t pressure Young, Georgia’s secondary could not cover Metchie or Williams, and Georgia’s WRs couldn’t get open against our DBs. Only their TE had any kind of success in that first game.
By the second quarter of the second game, the vast majority of those pieces that held Georgia in check in that first game were out with injuries. Colt McCoy was injured on the sixth snap from scrimmage on a drive that started at Alabama’s 39-yard line. The situations aren’t even remotely similar.
