There is no argument that Pitts was a great player. But, Bowers in his freshman year had more yards and TDs than Pitts did in his last season....so if you go by statistics alone, Bowers is just as good with the opportunity to be better.

I would also make the argument that Bowers as as important to our offense as Pitts was to Florida's...and then Pitts had Trask and Bowers had/has Bennett. Bennett is good, but Trask was on another level.

Pitts last year was the covid year and played in half as many games as Bowers. Can’t believe some of you actually believe that bowers is better than Pitts.
Can he get there? Possibly
