Daly is everyone’s favorite, but JT probably has the game to go down as the best if he keeps it up.

Some young guys out there from a few sec schools with lots of talent. Sam burns from LSU, Cameron champ from A&M, and Keith Mitchell from Georgia. Then once you add Texas you have guys like speith and Scottie scheffler.

Did Hubert Green play at Alabama?

He won a couple of majors.

15 top 10s in majors.

Never mind, played for Florida State.

Andy North has to be in the discussion. He won two US Opens.

That was probably the most healthy thing he drank.

All time at the moment is John Daly.

Best current player is Justin Thomas and he will take the thrown once he gets another major

JT is 28 and has 14 PGA wins and one major
Bubba is 43 and has 12 PGA wins and two majors

I believe Bobby Jones played at Tech when they were in the SEC

Were that the case, then that would be your answer...but Jones was at Tech before the inception of the SEC. GT was still part of the Southern Conference when he was there.

With that being said...John Daly is the answer.

john daly getting overrated quite a bit in here. he didn’t win many tournaments and was never particularly highly ranked in the world rankings.

Dufner. Dude can drive and pulled the typical hot, gold digger golf wife. He needs to step up his gambling losses to complete his degeneracy ala Mickelson.

He got that fixed. He’s finally back to swinging pretty normal again.
