we're being honest he's playing with a legit QB now

No your not being honest saying Arkansas qb is better than both 5 star with way better arms than your qb….

Either way it won’t have anything to do with the qb when Haslewood won’t be able to get open 95 percent of the time becuase how slow he is. He thinks he’s better than he is. As other have said he’s a great blocker and makes some wow catches but he will not consistently be a playmaker and he was never starting at OU this year and he knew that…. I think the pre injury Haslewood was going to be a great wr and maybe he’s gotten better since the injury but last years Haslewood wasnt nothing more then average and he should of not started but Riley coward down when was pissed off about playing time his sophomore season.

Wasn’t starting at OU this year yet he was your best WR last year lmao.

Go back to the Big 12 board kid. You aren’t in this conference yet because you are to poor to pay your buyout

is the #1 WR in his class "even good"? Absolutely.

Rankings are not always synonymous with being good. We’ve had numerous #1 ranked recruits not pan out at all

Again,

Haslewood is not Treylon Burks. Nobody thinks he is. He’s a very solid WR, who combined with the individual growth and other new acquisitions will likely leave Arkansas’ WR room better than it was last year with Burks, especially if Hornsby embraces the role. Sartegna is a freshman, but very good….compared to Joe Adams coming out of HS.

Bottom line…Arkansas is continuing to improve. Still can’t afford injuries like some other SEC schools can, but nobody is going to enjoy playing Arkansas anymore. Those days are over.

Lock the gates. You’re in here with us now.

He's a bust.

Eh, he hasn't preformed up to expectation but I wouldn't call him a bust. Bust makes me think he hasn't done anything at all. The OK fan saying he is a great blocker means we got just the guy we need. Run game was our strength last year and should be better this year. We don't need him to be Burks. We need him to block well and add 30 or so catches and 500 or so yards and he will be an excellent addition. Anything more than that is bonus.

I agree that people thinking he will come in and go for 1000 and 10 TDs are probably going to be disappointed. Briles had walk on's out there looking good last year so I'm excited to see what he can do with a lot of new WR talent coming in.

Burks was one of the best talents at WR in the country last year.
We probably won't have that this year.

But we'll probably have a much better overall WR and TE receiving corps.
We were very lucky to have Burks this early into Pittman's tenure with the craptastic coaches we had prior to his arrival.

Golfer1- I don't know why you would say he was the best WR on the team last year. Here is the skinny:

#1 in receptions
#3 in yards ( #1 had 305 more yards)
#9 in yards avg (10.9)
#1 in touchdowns
He was basically a red zone possession receiver.
He is very physical but also slow footed. He will do well in a receiving corp if he is put in as a possession receiver.

I dont think anyone ever enjoyed playing the hogs, while they have never been SEC's best, they are perennial season busters, always end up smacking someone in the mouth when they overlook them.

Oh I think plenty of people enjoyed playing Arkansas when FatBert and Morris were our HCs.

With an all time losing conference record. What teams didn't want to play Arkansas in the past?

That’s fair. He has produced some but not up to a level expected of a 5 star in Oklahoma’s system.

Lol this is all subjective opinion with literally no substantial evidence backing any of it up. ‘Compared to joe adams in high school’ lol again, this happens all the time. Not trying to shite on Arkansas parade, they look like a Great up and coming team, but look up Andre Debose. 5 Star. ‘The next Percy Harvin’ lol. Ronald Powell. 5 stars don’t pan out all the time
