I was watching the NFL network do a piece on this and holy shite. If ATL pulls this trigger, Arthur Blank is sending Matt Ryan out with a middle finger.
Matt Ryan's cap hit this year will be like 30mil+ and then they have to pay Watson. How in the frick can this team afford any of this? We can't. We're killing off the next 2 years for a player who will most definitely be suspended for a half a year or more. Plus he could potentially have crimes in court go against him. This seems fricking silly.

Still don't know how I feel about what the Falcons have cooking, but at least the Braves propped open their World Series window for the foreseeable future.
