He was actually a pretty good coach, just couldn't avoid the Pearl life.

LSU is going to hire a coach with a 10 year show cause while their current case is pending? Who thinks that?

He's like on year 6 or something of a 10 year show cause. Great coach though.

That would be a pretty good hire. He’s a better coach than Will Wade.

Don’t sound like a bad idea if AD thinks LSU basketball will get hammered. LSU won’t get a good coach wiht everything going on around them, so why not hire someone that’s a good coach that would take the job to guide you through probation kinda like Matt Luke did wiht LSU. If LSU is on probation for a couple years then what do you have to lose by hiring a coach on probation even if it is to just keep the seat warm for the next guy?

Bad idea. Move on and don’t further p*ss off the NCAA with LSU from what they already are with such a dumb move.
