None of that even matters. If Wade was caught on tape actually making an offer to anyone there would be no point in trying to fight it. It would be over with. The fact is that he was not making an offer to anyone at all. Will that matter in the end? I have no clue.
I do know that he wasn't caught on tape making an offer to someone. He wasn't caught on tape cheating. He wasn't caught on tape paying players. He wasn't caught on tape doing a lot of things that people say that he was doing.

With all due respect, there is no rule that requires the finder of fact in an NCAA proceeding or even a criminal trial to be an absolute moron or a rule that prevents deductive reasoning. He is on tape stating that he made such an offer to a recruit that ended up at his school. The trier of fact can deduce from that that an offer was in fact made and accepted. Personally I don’t care either way. CBB has no saints, only those who get caught and those who don’t.

You got a NOA, so apparently it does matter.
For me personally, I have no doubt he made offers to players and think there is more than enough evidence for it.
