I can attest that simply walking around the campus at Arkansas will keep you in shape. I gained 50 pounds in a year when I moved to the Arkansas Delta. I've since managed to shed about 25 of those pounds but walking around Fayetteville will take the pounds off you.

He may have developed a hormonal malfunction that led to improper body proportions. That is most often caused by sudden weight loss in men and women. I experienced a similar problem when I was 19 years old. I decided to lose weight and started exercising. Because I wasn't very knowledgeable about it, I was doing it all wrong. That led to the same problem that Sam Pittman had. The RAD 140 supplement, which was recommended to me by a friend who also works out, helped me get my body back on track. Perhaps Sam should start using supplements in his diet.
