Pittman doesn’t do a ton.

Once he got the HC job he knew he needed to lose weight. He didn’t feel it was right be be a fat out of shape coach making these young men bust their @$$ all off season to be in shape.

He walks several miles a day (usually with Odom) around campus which is very hilly and simply watches what he eats now.

Little exercise and watching what you eat goes a long way

I can attest that simply walking around the campus at Arkansas will keep you in shape. I gained 50 pounds in a year when I moved to the Arkansas Delta. I've since managed to shed about 25 of those pounds but walking around Fayetteville will take the pounds off you.

Good for Coach Pittman!
Seriously, I've never understood why some HC's choose to be fat slobs. They have unlimited access to the best nutritionists, dietitians, kitchen staff and top of the line personal trainers & equipment. Add a little self motivation and there's no reason to be over weight and out of shape.
