I figured Vanderbilts would be last with that weird raised floor design.

It seems most of the venues are similar. Not really sure what one can do to make a place that much different from other places.

I actually think Vanderbilt could be a very good, perennial NCAA tournament basketball program if they ever invested in a difference maker coach like Auburn did with Bruce Pearl.

As a fan, I can't stand watching games in their gym. I can't stand being trapped within a box with a limited view of the entire arena around you. It's a claustrophobics hell on earth. But when they are actually good, Vanderbilt's funky opera arena gymnasium can be a nightmare to play in.
