My view and what I have told people is that Napier is definitely putting the work in unlike Mullen but you are dreaming if you think you can compete top 150 recruits wise with some schools if their NIL offers are bigger and that doesn't fall on the coach. I think Napier will do just fine as long as he isn't clearly beaten on certain recruits because of NIL offers. If this was pre-NIL I think Napier would always be in the top 5 area in recruiting.
