The only thing that could limit Napier is NIL possibly but we are competing there now. Mullen was a lazy recruiter.

I think we will be fine with NIL. Napier seems to have a good grasp about its importance, and a vision and plan to put us in position to thrive.
I wish we had Napier a year earlier when Mullen was looking to go to the NFL after the 2020 season. If we had another year of Napier we'd be in great position already now.
