Our main problem is that, for many years, we've had an athletic department which was quite comfortable being middle-of-the-pack (or lower).
Until we have an AD who demands excellence in all sports, we're stuck being the Iowa States of the world.
The AD brass has to decide whether we want to be also-rans forever...or contenders. Frankly, I'm tired of being a laughing stock.
