How about getting a big time coach and spend a little dough instead always going on the cheap..you can't compete in SEC with mid major coaches look at all the mid majors that crashed when hit the big time..watching Martins press conferences..he so pretentious it makes me want to throw up

That is true even if you hire a proven winner. Not every winning coach can win at every school. It has to be the right fit. Put a great coach with the wrong school and you will not win. I think the list of coaches that could win anywhere is so incredibly short. I'd guess maybe Roy Williams, Calipari and....um.....maybe bill self?
