Not sure what terrible decisions he made. He had a couple bad passes, but he also had 2 drives end when Boyd and Higgins dropped easy passes. Higgins drops a lot of easy passes. For a big WR he should have won the ball on the first TD drive that ended in a FG.

A veteran wouldn’t have taken at least two or three of those sacks, Joe stare down receivers quite a few times, he also played scared several times when he had shots to take
