Saban doesn’t have power over the Supreme Court. It. Will. Stay. This. Way.

Conferences will try to change it and players will sue. And will win.

And yes, it will cause coaches and teams to withdraw from football.

We have entered the semi pro league era. I wish it was like the good ole days, but it isn’t ever going back.

So you either learn to deal with NIL and the transfer portal and the free agency it creates, or you lose.

Adapt or die.

While I agree that semi-pro is the new normal in college sports, to believe that it will stay the same as it is in this first year is asinine.

Yes. It will change.
If nothing else, the money bags are going to wake up and realize that they aren't getting any kind of ROI.
Right now they are kind of drunk on the 'potential'.
Potential is nothing unless it is realized. There are quite a few schools with 'potential', aTm doesn't have that market cornered.
