If they have so much money and are willing to spend it on football why do they still play in an off campus, city-owned, dump of a stadium?

Well, the Coliseum just got over $300 million in renovations in the last 3-4 years. There are plenty of videos of the renovations on YouTube. Kids don't go to USC or Miami because of the facilities (even though both schools have upgraded their facilities). Some of you will never get that.

But, I do believe that if Riley and Grinch field a soft defense that won't go over well at USC. USC fans like defense and they have the talent in California to have top 10 nationally defenses on an annual basis.

I know why players go to USC and Miami. The culture there will never be what it’s like it the SEC. The slogan “it just means more here” has a lot of truth to it. There’s a lot more to life than college football for USC alums and boosters.

The west coast has a good talent pool but they don’t have players in the trenches like we do in the south. Unless they can convince southern lineman to move out west they will have a bunch of 9-3 to 11-1 seasons with blowout losses in the playoffs to SEC teams. It’s happened since 2009 except for 1 Ohio State team.
