recruiting for major football programs is national, and has been for years now. Whether it's Florida, Texas, California, Georgia, or Delaware, geography doesn't even matter anymore. With NIL it's going to matter even less.

As for states that produce the most talent, this graph is a couple years old but shows where NFL players came from

Do you know if recruits that end up at IMG count towards Florida’s numbers or the actual home state the recruit was from? Same for the school in CA, for the nane but starts with a M.
