The entire PAC 12 pretty much depends on kids from California to fill their rosters and not only is the state losing population but participation rates have gone way down through the years.The state still produces talent but it's spread pretty thin and it will soon be replaced by Georgia in sheer numbers of D1 and top 200 prospects.
