We had a enough key pieces back to expect and have a better product than this. Also Bruner was a non factor most of last season with injury.

From the outside looking in it certainly felt that way. But we lost 2 of our 3 plus defenders and clearly have nobody to replace them once Burnett went down. And on top of that our All-SEC PG has turned into one of the worst players in the conference while our 5-star impact freshman is clearly not entirely ready to have what most would consider a 5-star freshman impact.

Throw in Keon not figuring out how to become more aggressive and what has been just flat out unlucky bad shooting across the board, and the wins and losses start to make a lot more sense.
