It makes recruiting the "right kind of players" for your team even more important. Of course you never know for sure but you need to try to find guys who understand development and show a willingness to wait their turn and be a team player (I know, haha). Just recruiting the highest starred guys available can end up being a disaster if they have delusions of starting right away etc.
