In 2021, the Hogs were 35th in interceptions, 36th in passing efficiency defense and 41st in passing yards allowed.

Prior to arriving in Fayetteville, Carter served as a defensive quality control and analyst for Barry Odom, who is now the Razorbacks’ defensive coordinator.

During his first year at Arkansas, Carter’s defensive backs quickly displayed a knack for turning over their opponents. The Hogs’ 13 interceptions were second most in the SEC and 13th most in the country. The Razorbacks featured the nation’s only freshman duo to record multiple interceptions in Hudson Clark (3) and Jalen Catalon (3).

That’s cool and all. I already said in this thread he’s a good coach, just a terrible culture fit here. Dude was fighting other position coaches on the sidelines.

Everyone hated him.
