Bravo. Cutting through all the noise and bullshite on this topic, this is the post of the year in terms of concisely stating the real explanation for their obsession. THIS is truth. At the end of the day, it's really about five or six posters who view themselves as the moral crusaders for Bennett and are preoccupied with labeling critics as cünts.
What do those five or six posters have in common? Old crackers! It's not surprising that they would be so defensive of Bennett, considering that he's emblematic of the country boy with poor pedigree who overachieved. He really is their personal avatar and hero. Any criticism of him is criticism of them.

Poor pedigree? His parents are both Pharmacists and he comes from a multigenerational pedigree of college athletes. Kid is high IQ and was Ivy level, but wanted to play football at the school he loved.
You just don’t like him because he proved you wrong and the narcissistic thing you got going on won’t let you let this go. You’ll continue to try and find angles because it clearly can not be that you are not as smart and wise as you know you are. It’s gotta be something else. We know you are gonna keep needling this subject, just know that know matter how much you try and project, we have you pegged for what you really are.
And by the by, I spent a big part of my childhood in Europe and the smallest town in GA I lived in was Athens, so the country boy thing doesn’t work with me. I just don’t like cünts. And you are a cünt, so that’s probably why you don’t care for me.

Maybe you should think about this.
Had the Bennett criticizers made a few comments and dropped it, nobody would have said a thing. The fact the subject dies down and you keep returning to stir it up again shows who is obsessed. Even after winning a title you can't leave it alone. You have to take one last shot.
But it isn't one last shot is it?
You'll be compelled and obsessed to come back here and have another shot, won't you?

Stetson Bennett just HELPED lead the University of Georgia to it's first Natty in 41 frackin years. He was 1 of 85 or so players that contributed.
That said, as QB he plays a HUGE role in a win or loss, moreso than any other player on the team and he was just the MVP of both the semifinal and final games. I don't care if he never is invited to an NFL training camp, he is a Championship caliber QB at the collegiate level and the starter at QB for our UGA Bulldogs, and I am gonna support him 100% next year....

You seem like the type that would unironically use the word cracker and then claim moral superiority or that you don't characterize whole swaths of people
