Never met nor heard any lore of anyone in Arkansas eating possum, let alone making it into pie.
The correct answer for Arkansas is Chocolate Gravy.
But its mostly just hot chocolate pudding on biscuits for breakfast.

I never knew it was anywhere but Arkansas. Sounds like maybe its just a hillbilly thing.

I ate at Stoby's in Russellville for breakfast back in December. They had chocolate gravy with biscuits. It was delicious.
