Neither of these parties would be anything Jesus Christ would embrace. From the extreme social views to the extreme hatred. None of that represents Christ, no matter how much people from both sides attempt to use Him as a shield or excuse for their actions, beliefs or behaviors.

Unless you know that was his intended parallel, you are just making stuff up. How do I know that? Because no Christian would ever say that he doesn't care if someone is a satanist. But let's not quibble about facts when we can make up our own
