It is extremely easy to get an ID. For everyone. That being said, the state of Alabama will drive to your house to issue you a voter ID if you are that much of a pathetic sack. I'm sure they do 10s of people yearly.

They call me the puppet master because I make the puppets dance. Jk jk

But seriously I am skeptical of these services because they have so little visibility. I’ve almost only ever heard about them as a retort to exactly what I just said. Makes me skeptical that the state is actually aggressive about addressing the potential blind spot for access.

Here's the LINK to the web form on the Secretary of State's website to request the Photo Voter ID Unit come to your house. I am not a moron, so I've never had to use it, but I'm sure calling and requesting by phone would work too.

You can also get a free photo voter ID at the Board of Registrars office in every county of Alabama.

That’s because almost nobody needs those services.

And that’s because almost every single person of voting age has an ID.

And that’s because they already have to have one for almost every other area of adult life.

If someone lacks the intelligence to obtain this information on their own then they certainly shouldn't be allowed to influence an election.

How would they even pick a candidate to vote for if they can't perform a simple task such as this?
