No, they didn't. They settled out of court for 3.5 million. That's very different from losing the suit. Companies settle a lot when they're in the right by the law by on the wrong end of the pr. And 3.5 million is pretty damn low for such a settlement.

Yeah most potential DC hires have wayyyyyy bigger wrongful death suits on their record, so we should actually be praised for considering Durkin
