We'll never see Young as a 5th year college player so it will be hard to ever compare. As a second year player, Burrow was a backup to JT Barrett.
2019 Joe Burrow should have been in the NFL already. The reason he wasn't was his subpar play to that point.

Burrow had more weapons to throw to. Put Bryce on 2019 LSU squad and see what happens.
