Bryce has a dumbass OC calling his plays. Burrow had one of the best passing games coordinators calling his plays in 2019. You can clearly see the difference between Burrows 2018 vs 2019 stats.

Burrow played against Alabama the entire game with a separated shoulder in 2018. He separated his shoulder on Thursday in practice. He played the final games that year injured. Also, he couldn’t compete at tOSU because of a broken hand. By the time he was a junior that team was loaded at the QB position with guys who were already experienced.
