Reminds me of wild wild country Netflix series. In the series they bused homeless people from all over the nation to go vote in local elections.

Kind of happening with the immigration issue, busing them into different states/cities to give more representatives in Congress. Because districts are based on population, not legal population.
Wild wild country people would have got away with it all had they not killed anybody.
