We all know that Saban doesn't need assistants. He turns them over annually and keeps trucking.
Kelly had guys who had been with him since his first HC job who aren't following him. He's also targeted several who have told him no.

Kelly has turned out plenty of big time assistants including A&M’s Mike Elko
