Have any Kelly assistants decided to join him at LSU?

Just saw all of Kelly's top assistants told him to go frick himself and are staying at Notre Dame.

Has there ever been a major hire that couldn't get any of his top assistants to follow him to a new job? Wonder why his staff hate him so much.

Remind me of how many of Saban's assistants followed him from Michigan State to LSU ...

... It's all falling into place.

He could probably bring this guy in for the DC position.

Assistants? Who needs them? Next thing you know you will be saying he has to recruit too. Everyone knows all you have to do is show up at LSU and Nattys will fall at your feet.

The DC was named head coach.

Would you leave to stay a DC or become the head coach of Notre Dame?

Freeman is going to try to keep the staff intact.

Also Saban to LSU, dumbass.

Freeman promoted to DC and we didn’t even want the OC! So far it’s all good. WE ARE LSU. Just like the coaching search worked itself out so will everything else

Meanwhile, in Aggotland....
A 5-6 LSU team, our worst team in two decades, just dashed any hope that y’all had of a 10 win season this year.
Texas A&M has had ONE, 1, a single 10 win season in the past 20 years.
Your last title was before WW2 ended.
You have milkmen male cheerleaders.
That’s all.
That’s the joke.

I fail to see why a Texas 8&4 cares either way? You're losing to him either way.

Yes Nick Saban. Doesn’t Texas 8&4 have enough to worry about right now?

“When Saban left for LSU at age 49, he famously sent a plane back to Michigan to pick up any assistants who wanted to join him. Nobody got on it. They stayed in East Lansing to work under his former assistant, Bobby Williams.”

. Yes- that exact thing happened when Saban left Mich. St. to come to LSU. Sooo, means nothing. Sorry to disappoint.
