Never have. They stockpile of JATO bottles are gone. Fat Albert from the Blue Angels and the LC-130s (ski birds) were the last users of JATO. I think they may be out as well.

The new C-130s don't need no stinking JATO.

I know I am a little late for the party...AU NROTC '88 served on Active Duty until 2000 then reserves ever since...two mobilizations and have 26 years total....
