I wouldn't expect to see him for any meaningful amount of playing time before the bowl game

They would still have lost to state
6 min in 21-0
It blows but it is what it is
I still believe we will be in the playoff if we dont lose again

I do too especially since AU would likely win the SEC West tie breaker over Ole Miss & Miss St. if there is a 3 way tie. Record of SEC East opponents are now a component of the tie breaker process and that would severely hurt MSU and Ole Miss in a 3 way tie as they both have Vandy who will be 0-8 in the SEC.

God where this team could be without the injuries.

Lawson would be awesome but I really miss Alex Kozan. Him and Pat Miller.

Just read this on 247. Hope it means something.

Carl Lawson update from a player:

"Talked to a player the other day that said, Lawson is starting to mix some cuts in with his runs. Said he looks like he is getting closer to returning. He said he wouldn't rule out a&m but uga is very likely. Now this is from a player based off of what he has seen, not what he knows for certain. He is not a Dr. nor did he stay at a Holiday Inn. Just thought I would share."

Please.... let this happen soon!

I'm desperately trying to find a reason to be optimistic about the remainder of this season

It's like we aren't 7-1 and controlling our own destiny to the playoffs

Ole Miss, Georgia, and Alabama on the road. After watching our defense against USC, this could be a real challenge.

Yeah but we are not going to playoffs without a pass rush given the schedule we have left. You can take that to the bank.

I've done conceded that without a pass rush to help the CBs Amari Cooper is gonna torch us for 200 yards and 2 TDs minimum

Yeah, maybe we can go back to those great 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, & 2012 seasons. Getting blown out by LSU, Arkansas, West Virginia, Clemson (14 pt loss), etc, in the first half of the season. Or dropping games to Vandy, Kentucky, South Florida, etc, in the first half of the year.

Man, what optimistic times those were.

Spurrier wanted that game and made a lot of calls people wouldn't normally make.

If he doesn't play balls to the wall like he did.....they would have gotten 5-6 more stops than we did.

That score would have been very lopsided.

First of all I will say I'm not one of them but the reality is anything short of a playoff appearance and you will have some very disappointed Aubie's and some will end up saying some dumb shite. Given at the end of the year we will have played 5 teams on the road that will end the season in the top 20, 3 or 4 of them in the top ten and 1 or 2 in the playoffs, if we go 9-3 that will not have been a bad regular season by any stretch of the imagination.

No reason we shouldn't get to at least 10.
