He has decided to throw money at coaching. There is still so much basic stuff that he just doesn't even seem to consider. Like, why in the hell are we looking at expanding JHS when we don't even keep up what we already have?

Do we have a quality sound system in the stadium?
Until that happens he will be a shitty AD. People have been bitching for years about that and it isn't a hard fix.
I'm just throwing this out there but maybe all of the coaching buyouts are the reason such simple upgrades have not been made? Someone was complaining about the press conference live stream earlier but modernizing infrastructure takes money and I believe the AD actually lost money last year?
The money for these coaching salaries and buyouts has to be coming from somewhere and it may be at the expense of the changes many of you have been clamoring for?

Yet, he has already started making plans to expand the stadium?

I don't understand where this came from? I thought the plan was to not expand and to focus on "creating a better fan experience" in the existing stadium? I know the WiFi upgrade was a big deal but was that all he did before moving onto expansion?

Over the summer, he came out with a staged plan to expand JHS. Nothing in the plans even touched on the god awful sound system, and really kept the renovating of the existing stadium pretty minimal.

He probably should have been fired in 2008, and he was given a third chance in 2012. Overall since he's been AD, all of our teams have kind of floundered. Success we've had in football has been followed by mediocrity.
