Hyped USCe team playing an off the radar team in A&M and getting killed. You don't see any parallels to our game with Arky?
We're not playing A&M this week. We're playing Arkansas.
So, no, I don't see any relation outside of someone inventing something else for them to worry about (for some reason).

I knew USCe was going to lose this week. I've been calling it for two weeks to all my buddies... Just like all the experts, they too though I was crazy and told me USCe was legit.
Gamecocks gonna Gamecock. They lost a once in a lifetime talent on defense along with a few other key players, and people thought their d would be better. Dylan Thompson couldn't take the starting job in 4 years, but people wanted to crown them as the best team in the SEC and them going to the playoffs. Haha what a joke.
Any thoughts on us losing against USCe are out the window. I'll have to watch Kenny Hill again against a better defense, but he did look legit last night. Let's just be glad we get aTm at home this year.

I'm really not worried about Arky. If both teams play close to their best, Auburn beats the dog crap out of Arky.
After seeing that last night, A&M scares the shite out of me though.

You HAVE to pressure A&Ms offense... Otherwise their QB will just sit back there and kill you. SC had zero pass rush from it's defensive line last night. Just ask LSU, who's had the speed off the edge to give Sumlin fits.
A&M is worrisome bc without Lawson, we may struggle to get pressure from our DL.

I thought that ATM just dominated the LOS all night on both sides. South Carolina just got its arse kicked.

This A&M team is really good IMO. Gonna be a handful to anyone they play.
Yes TAMU looks really good, and CKS looks like the real deal on the offensive side of the ball. Just like every other year Gus was in Auburn if we are going to beat TAMU we will have to outscore them in a shootout.

I don't want to interrupt your back patting but I don't know a single person/expert who thought they were the best team in the SEC or were picking them to go to the playoff. Easy on the hyperbole.

Teams don't always play their best though

We will be competitive. I'm willing to bet it will be similar to last year, probably give up a ton of yardage in the middle of the field and then shore up our weaknesses in the red zone. Also, we're not going to give them some insane ToP advantage like SCAR gave them last night.
Still, they will score a lot and we will have to score more. Warms my heart that their best defensive back looked totally out of sorts in the first half.

The pain I feel must be similar to what Swain felt when that merciless sniper took him out.

Not sure what I said to piss that guy off. I wasn't back patting...there has been a few analyst who have picked them to win the SEC. Did you not hear them at SEC media days?
Chill out, man. Sorry for offending you.

I've been looking for reasons to get worried about our game all week, so yes, I'm with you
I'm less worried about the SC game now though
