Missed everything yesterday due to job requirements..... Way to pull them through.

If somehow we can get Pettway healthy and playing at 80% of what he did last year to compliment KJ, we could get very dangerous

The job is easy to get into. Making money is the challenging part.

Not very good. Hence I am here talking with you instead of fishing the last day. Just a weird two days. I have not fishing many tournaments in the past 7 or8 years until this year and it kinds showed in this event. Just never really got anything going.

Had about 22 pounds in two days which was about 2.5 pounds short of the cut.

Ah, well I'd take a bad day fishing over a great day at work any day of the week. 22lbs is nothing to scoff at.

It sucks dog dicks. "If your not first, your last" when you are fishing for 35K

Fishing tournaments as a guide is a no win proposition. If you win, you were supposed to. If you lose, then you suck.

I have faced that for 20 years.

No big deal to me. I have won 5 boats fishing tournaments and one 100K payday for a weekend event. Money spent the same

I do it more now for the fun. Since all I basically do is guide, its fun every once in a while to go to another lake and not worry about guiding. Just fish and have fun. We did very well in the qualifying events. Especially considering we never practiced a day and just showed up on tournament day

But you are correct...

Fished some with different Guntersville guides. They all said the same thing.

Saw a number of boats on Clarks-Hill on Friday, just checking to see if you were one.

The championship for the trail is on Clarks Hill next year. Late October. We were there this May for our tournament. Did pretty well there
